Mod Sheet
Tutor mod sheets will be available on the Google Classroom.
Share it with your tutee(s) with editing access before you record mods. Tutees should sign your mod sheet with their own SFUSD accounts, otherwise, we are unable to verify the mods you earn.
Drop-In Sign-In & Sign-Out
Check the Google Classroom to access the Google Sheet.
If you are doing drop-in, make sure to fill out the time you start and end drop-in next to your name as soon as you get there and right before you leave. You must fill it out using your SFUSD account. If for whatever reason you are unable to fill the sheet out right away, please email us at lowellcsf@gmail.com.
